How do Student Credits work?
Students can access all session outputs (summaries and quizzes) created by their lecturers for free. Credits are only used when a student wants to generate a unique personal summary, ask the AI custom questions, or create their own quiz.
How does the workspace model work?
Every user gets a personal workspace—no organization required. Students can study independently with their own notes and AI tools, or join courses via invite links. Lecturers get a workspace (and auto-created org for tutors). Personal and institutional content are kept separate.
Do credits expire?
Monthly plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. Top-up packs never expire as long as your account is active.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed via Flutterwave, including mobile money (M‑Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa) and cards where supported.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. If you’re on a paid plan, changes apply at your next billing cycle (implementation depends on your billing setup).
